Roberta A. (Gloss) Ferree, age 81, of North Canton, passed away Saturday July 17, 2010 in Aultman Hospital. She was born August 1, 1928 in North Canton, daughter to the late Robert and Elizabeth (Patterson) Gloss. Roberta was a 1946 graduate of Timken Vocational High School, member of Perry Christian Church and had been active in Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund Ferree; son, David Ferree and daughter, Gale Ferree. She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Phillip) Menicos of Denver, CO and brothers, Micheal(Rebecca)Gloss of Bolivar, OH and Jerry(Susan)Gloss of Akron, OH. A memorial service will be held on Saturday July
31, 2010 beginning at 12:30p.m. in the Chapel of St. Luke Lutheran Community, 220 Applegrove St NE, North Canton, OH with James Kennell officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to The Waterford, St. Luke Chapel or Aultman Hospital Heart Fund. The Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
