We were saddened to read of Judy's passing in the PIB Gazette. We knew Judy from the church at Middle Bass. We hadn't seen her in several years because we don't get to the island much anymore. Judy was always very kind to us and our four children. May the Love and Grace of Christ always be with you.

We met Judy after joining the MBIYC. Joe and I would joke with her but she always gave as well as she took. We will always remember Judy. We will miss her now that she is at the heavenly anchorage. I am sure she is one of the Lord’s dockmasters and hope she will be reserving a slip for us. God Speed Dockmaster Judy

Dear Brant James Hill. As your first cousin,I only met Judy a few times. I never got to know her or you as much as I should have. We just went our separate ways. I couldn't make it to the funeral or to calling hours due to health problems. So I am sending our deepest sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Brant & family, I can't imagine coming off the ferry and not seeing Judy or hearing her voice on the phone. We had a great friendship, no matter how long it was between visits, it was like coming home. I'll miss our visits to the mainland to have our chinese fix and shopping. She didn't like to shop but she endured it for me. She was a dear friend and i will and do miss her so very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you Brant and the rest of the family.

To Judy's Family: Judy will be missed and Judy will be remembered. We first met Judy years ago at the winery and last saw Judy at MBIYC. There were many smiles, laughs, prayers and tears inbetween. Judy's hope was in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We believers will see Judy again, praise God. May God Bless Judy's family.

I only knew Judy for a few short days, when my dad, Joe Orahoske, and I sailed into the yacht club for a short stay. She made me welcome in a new place, and treated me as warmly as if I was as old a friend as my folks were. The world is diminished with the passing of such a person, and I grieve for all who knew Judy. She will be missed.

Judy has always been such a gleam of SONshine. She greeted everyone with such Christian love. Everyone including our dog looked forward to seeing Judy. She will truly be missed and she always knew where she was going.
