My deepest sympathy to the family. Your mom will be missed

To Pat's Family,
My Mom, Virginia Walkowiak, was a very close friend of Pat's. Pat sent my son the Macy's stuffed animal every Christmas from his birth until he was 10 or 12. They always were musical, which he loved, since he has autism. He loved and still does love those animals!
After my own mom's death, Pat invited me to lunch several times and always shared stories of my mom with me, which I loved to hear. She was a great support to me for those hard years. The last time we were supposed to go to lunch, Pat cancelled because of hearing problems. I am sorry I lost touch with her. I hope someone will be there for you to be a support like she was to me. I am comforted knowing Mom and Pat are together again sitting at the banquet table of the True Christ Child in Heaven!

To Pat's family,

My Mom, Gloria McGinty,and Pat were friends many years in Fairview Park where they both lived. I would occasionally join them for one of their lunch dates, sometimes just a quick burger at Rustic's. I think their friendship was a great comfort to each other esp. as their husband's health declined. Thank you Pat for the friendship you gave to my Mom.
